Optical Coating

Infrared Filter

It is a coating technique designed to minimize the transmittance of visible light wavelengths (400nm to 700nm) and selectively penetrate only near-infrared wavelengths above 800nm.

Principle

It is a vacuum thin film deposition technology that repeatedly coats products with high refractive and low refractive drugs to reduce visible light transmittance through interference phase distance and selectively increase near-infrared transmittance.£

Effect

Only near-infrared specific wavelengths can be transmitted without interference from visible light wavelengths, enabling effective performance in sensor modules that detect and operate target movements using infrared wavelengths through IR LEDs. In addition, we can produce IR filters in a variety of colors as well as existing silver products with our unique technology.
