Heat Blocking Face Shield

Technical Overview

 It is a fire-fighting heat blocking face shield that can be used in various fields. Can be produced by adjusting the transmittance and reflectivity of light to suit its purpose. It is made with vacuum coating technology that does not use gold.

Principle

 It is a multi-layer thin film technology that blocks infrared and ultraviolet using vacuum coating facilities and penetrates visible light to secure visibility.

Effect

  • Transmittance over infrared area (780 nm)
    – Not more than 0.8% on average
  • Transmittance in visible light area (380–780 nm)
    – Optional application of up to 85% and at least 20% depending on the user’s use
  • Transmittance in ultraviolet area (380 nm or less)
    – Not more than 1% on average.
  • Water Repellency Treatment
    – Improve water retention
  • It blocks the heat entering the lens and ensures the safety of workers by securing visibility.
